I LOVE this Miami airport parking. The staff is courteous and friendly, the shuttles frequent, the drivers attentive and helpful. Although the price has gone up a little recently, it is worth it.

The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find due to construction. I bought covered parking but it was full so I had to park outside. When I returned, I asked for partial reimbursement but they could not help me with this.

When I got to the Hotel, the parking manager was very dry and told me I should have a printout. I had to park my car and go inside to look for help, as he told me that's what I needed to do. I get inside, and more dry/bad attitude, and the front desk lady walked me to a computer and told me to print what I needed myself. The printer would not work, so I ran back to the reception, and finally someone printed what I needed. When I told the parking supervisor that I was going to REPORT THE BAD SERVICE, HE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO PARK EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR PARKING AND WASTED MY TIME. Thank God I was early or I would have missed my flight. NEVER AGAIN!

I have used this facility several times. All I can say is that is excellent. Very close to the terminal, staff are very polite. I always use the out door parking (self-service) and have never had a problem. Price is very cheap compare to the airport terminal.

The first time i used this service i was very happy with it. I parked my car in their covered parking garage and the shuttle service was quick. I was very excited to use this location again because I travel every month. However I went to park there again last week nov 2011 and the valet attendant at the front said they no longer let you park your car. You need to give them the key and they park it for you and you take the shuttle. There are 2 parking prices for this lot and I paid the higher amount for the Covered-Self Park service as it says here on this website. I was furious with the attendant because he was arguing with me and wasting time. I would have never planned to park there if it wasn't a self park lot and if I knew they changed their policy I would have made other arrangements. I lost so much time there that instead of missing my flight I had to park at the airport lot at MIA and paid 3 times the amount of money I would have paid at a remote lot. I already complained to this website that if there is a change in service it should be posted here on the site.

I could not get indoor parking. I had to park on the roof. It was full. Otherwise very convenient.

Ok, I loved the outdoor parking, but I LOVE the indoor parking. Worth the small extra cost.

As to parking here, it is a wonderful deal, so convenient, safe, clean. Better than 'princess parking' at the airport. (Airline folks will know what I mean).

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR IN THIS LOT!
My BMW was vandalized in their so called "secure parking". There in no one watching the cars and there are no cameras in their garage. It is also in a bad area.The manager was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and basically told me too bad and if I wanted I could file a police report. He would not reimburse $1 dollar of what I paid and even admitted to me that all the decals on his luxury car were ripped off of his car and stolen there as well and that he only parks his car right in the front curb side. When the hotels own staff won't even park their own cars in that garage you know there is a huge problem. Again DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE AND LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.
