The Renissance Hotel front desk clerk was very rude on two occassions when I asked her direct questions. She was on the phone, and kept me waiting in front of her as if she didn't see me. She didn't say anything appropriate such as, "I'll be with you in a minute; she just kept me waiting in front of her until she was finished with the phone call. Once she was finished, she was short, and acting like I was a bother to her. This happened twice during the 10 - 15 minutes that we were at the hotel waiting for the shuttle to the airport. We arrived around 5:00 am on Monday, March 18, 2013. The valet who parked the car and the driver who drove us to the airport were very nice and helpful. The driver on the return trip could have helped more with the luggage, but did not, and we were told specifically by the hotel before we left that that was their job.
