12/21/2009I did not like the amount of time it took to go up so many flights (about 4 or 5) to get into the part of the structure where I had to park. It made no sense that the elevator did not go down to the shuttle pick up level. You have to carry your bags down the last flight of stairs, cannot wheel them.
There was no record of the online reservation, so I had to go up to my car to get the information to prove that I had paid, then come down and pay. Directions for entrance were not clear, part blocked off. Directions for exit were not clear, signage inadequate.
Price fair. Personnel were polite and helpful when I found them. Shuttle pick up and drop off was quick and easy. I would probably try them again, now that I know how to get around the facility.
