Had a great experience. The only thing I would recommend is that the signage for "monthly permits only" be more prominent. We didn't even notice the signs, only that it was not valet. Fortunately, we did not get towed! That would have been a disaster. Will park there again next time, but will look at the signs more carefully!

Very easy and nice experience. The only part difficult was there was no elevator at the ground level and I had to carry all the heavy luggage through a stairs to reach the elevator. It would be nice to have the elevator at the ground level.

The issue with the unattended gate is a problem. There needs to be someone there to man it, because there are many people that drive up to it without prepaying. Backing up is not the easiest (and most tolerating) thing to do.

Also, there needs to be a grace period for those that drive in and out. I had someone drive me to the terminal because of my excess baggage and we had to pay for being there for 10 mins.

It would have been great except upon my return. I was not familiar with the procedure and was not told what to do upon my return. I was told to stand out where I was droppoed off, but this is NOT the case. The driver should have mentioned that I should call first, then go out to the sign that said hotel shuttle. I finally figured out that I should call your location for a pick-up, but was standing in the wrong pick-up location. I was told to stand outside of Terminal 1, which I did, but no buses came by... because I should have been standing at Terminal 2 for the correct shuttle pick-up location. It was an hour before I got onto one of your buses to be taken back to my car. It was 11 p.m. by then, with an hour to drive down to Orange County, so I finally arrived home by midnight.

It was quick to check in and the shuttle service was fast and so close to the airport. The only downside was on the return. The cashier just handed me a receipt and said nothing more. When we tried to exit, they said we needed a ticket and to return to the office. It would have saved time and frustration had she told me that when I paid for my car.

Fine facility. However, people should be aware that you need to park at the fourth level and above. It takes a while to get there. It would be better if the outside ramp was broadened to allow cars to get directly to the fourth level.
