The price was great. The location felt safe. Here's the stupid thing for self parking. You must take the stairs between the ground level and the second level if you self park; then, you can take the elevator among all the other floors. The shuttle was also kind of slow. I waited about 20 minutes when other lots had multiple shuttles stop and pick people up.

Had to drive for 10-15 minutes before finally finding an open indoor parking space. The elevator does not take you down all the way to the ground floor. You have to haul your luggage up & down a steep flight of stairs in order to get to the ground. Not sure why the elevator wouldn't just take you to the ground floor. Shuttle to airport was fast. Had to wait 30 minutes or so to be picked up from airport. Tried calling number 3 or 4 times before finally getting an answer when calling for pickup. Didn't realize it at the time, but was overcharged $6 or so, & didn't arrive early or leave late from my reserved time. Was OK for the price, but will try another parking lot next time.

WOW, I am writing a review, because I am back on their site booking another spot with this company again. I have a new Lexus and my car was kept safe! They even offered to wash my car (for extra cost). I arrived early morning, found a covered spot. Waited a reasonable time for shuttle (10-15mins) They dropped us off right where our check in curb was.

Only Con: when we came home it was day after thanksgiving.. airport in general was a nightmare so we did not see a shuttle until 45min after arrivel time.

BUT man at first desk gave me a discount because he felt bad ( fyi I didn't ask for it) and we were on our way! Love them. Car was safe, we felt safe. Just like their sign said Quik Park! Thank you early morning staff and night staff! See you in two months!

Lots of space in the top floors. Elevator only goes to floor 2, so leave your bags downstairs. Staff helpful, and shuttle was right there when we got out of Bradley Terminal. (That's probably luck, but still, they get credit for it.) Overall, excellent service and price very good through this website.

As soon as we parked our car there was a driver in a cart waiting to take us to the shuttle. The shuttle was there immediately and took us directly to our terminal. When we returned to LAX we only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle and it took us straight back to the parking structure. Then another driver took us to our car. It was fantastic. I like that you have covered parking. Also your online daily rates through Cheap Airport Parking were great. We will definitely park here again!

- waited for about 5 minutes to get shuttle to airport
- on return, called as we were walking outside, shuttle was there in about 3 minutes
- after we got out of the shuttle, they drove us in a golf cart right to our car
- this was the third time we've used them. all experiences were great.

I can overlook the hike to the second floor for the elevator because I was offered a courtesy ride to my parking spot. This place is extremely convenient. I use it every time I travel. Plus the shuttle was speedy quick, the staff is patient and efficient.

Dec. 2009 - Was in a rush to get to New York due to death in the family. This parking lot requiring the clients to use 4th floor and up, didn't think to advise online that the elevator was not working. My husband had to lug two heavy bags down more than few flights of stairs. The staff at the exit or in the office are not there to "help you" but to just react minimum amount to whatever you are there for. Drivers of the shuttles, on the other hand, are more friendly.

It was quick to check in and the shuttle service was fast and so close to the airport. The only downside was on the return. The cashier just handed me a receipt and said nothing more. When we tried to exit, they said we needed a ticket and to return to the office. It would have saved time and frustration had she told me that when I paid for my car.
