All of the employees were extremely curtious and friendly. There was no wait at the parking facility for the shuttle to take us to the Newark airport and the shuttle arrived within five minutes after contacting them at the airport to take us back to the parking facility. It's one of the closest off-site parking facilities to the airport and their daily rates are competitive with facilities much further from the airport.

The parking facility is in a remote area off the official airport property and I probably wouldn't want to be driving to the lot for the first time after dark.

When I gave my confirmation to Park Plus from CheapAirportParking.org, they did not accept that I had prepaid 12.95! I had to pay the full amount. Complete rip off! Park Plus did not even know what this company did. Even though I showed them the confirmation number they said that it was a third party and they did not have to honor the 12.65 that I paid them! I am contacting the better business bureau

Will definately use Park Plus airport parking again. Have already reccomended to co-workers. Hard to find, but worth it.
