First time. I usually use Marriott, Westin or Hilton but they were sold out for Memorial Weekend. I was worried about the scarcity of shuttles, but that wasn't an issue at all. Also saw that they had a frequent user program.

Location is great! We arrived and I was a little confused. The attendant told me to pull up but didn't really direct me into a spot, just kind of pointed then didn't say anything about leaving my keys, so I was a little worried someone might park behind me and not leave their keys. He seemed like he was not happy to be at work.

When we landed the shuttle was only a few terminals away so that worked out great. We probably waited less than 5 minutes. They pro-rated my total since we were an hour earlier than we thought. Wait time Monday evening to pay the cashier was a little long. I was able to get my car out no problem. The only reason for not giving them a higher score was the customer service on the first day.

Everything was very good, except the wait for the shuttle pick up upon return. It took more than 20 minutes and it marred the other experiences.

My only complaint is figuring out where to park, catch the shuttle and the pay clerk office. You need better and more directive signs.

I have used Park Air Express before and tried a couple of others with less than great results. I decided to try Park Air Express again and the service was great. To give you an idea of what I mean, I self parked and the attendant found a place for me on the second level and helped me by writing my location on my ticket. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

This one of the easiest times in and out of LAX. Every staff memeber was very helpful and wait times were very short. I will for sure use this company again. They were great!

I have used this facility multiple times for airport parking and I am very pleased. The facility is clean and safe, the shuttle is usually quick and easy to use, and the personnel is always courteous and pleasant. I will continue to park here.

Parking garage could definitely use more signage - it was difficult to know where to park and also how to get out during the night.

This was the worst LAX parking experience I have ever had. When I arrived at 5:30 AM there were no signs guiding me to the designated LAX self parking and their parking facility is like a maze. There were no employees anywhere, it was like a ghost town. I wasted at least 20 minutes finding a parking place, which is the last thing in the world I want to be doing when I am catching a flight. The return was worse. I found the service desk after I was dropped off at 12:00 noon and was instructed to bring my car back to pay my bill. I followed the instructions I was given and ended up at the wrong exit from which I couldn't exit. In addition, I could not move away from this wrong exit due to a bunch of unhappy customers blocking me, that were trying to go home from work. Again, there were no signs anywhere or employees present to help.
