We use this hotel when we travel now. We have been impressed with the price and service. Shuttle wait time at airport can be a bit longer than some of the other lots, but for the price we cannot complain. We would recommend this lot to all friends and family.

I parked at the Marriott LAX. Location is great. Service was not. My vehicle was parked outside when my reservation was for indoor parking. When I picked up my vehicle a week later, and recognized their mistake, the valet booth told me the Marriott would not charge me for the inconvenience. One day later the full amount was charged on my credit card without my authorization. Deception is never a good business model. Especially when word of mouth and internet blogs can affect future business. I will not park at the Marriott LAX again.

The wait time at the airport coming home, and for my car at the hotel seemed long, although this was probably aggravated by my fatigue. When I initially couldn't find my ticket to reclaim my car, the staff were very patient with me. Overall it was a positive experience and I want to express my gratitude. I will definitely continue to park at the Marriott.

I waited over 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and pick me up. I saw multiple shuttles pass me by for other hotel parking as I waited. I think Marriott only has one shuttle circling around, while other hotels have two or more. The bright spot was that my car was waiting for me when I got off the bus, but that was because I texted the valet number while I was waiting for the shuttle.

The shuttle took about 35 min to arrive on a Sunday night - longest time we have had to wait in a while.

If we could just have gotten on the shuttle a little quicker, that would have been great. The drivers were very nice and helpful.

We are a little confused. We did come home last evening and picked up our car. There was no one at the facility to give our letter of confirmation to. The meter did take our ticket and the gate opened and let us through. We are not sure that you have a message that we returned. I know we have paid in advance, but just confused as the confirmation told us to show the letter there. We do really like using the Marriott parking areas.

Great parking. On my way back from my trip, I texted the number that they provided to retrieve my car and when i got to the hotel, my car was there waiting for me. Great Service!
