If you want a new $2,000 dent in your car this is the place for you, and then after all that, they just give you a fuck you attitude backed by total incompetence coupled with a flakeathon, until they finally flip you the bird with some stupid letter from corporate, that says tough shit!!!!

Very happy with Marriott parking, self parked my car and shuttle came right away. It was close to the LAX terminals and picked us right up after arriving back from our vacation. Car was perfect. Would park here again and everytime!!!!!!

We reserved the indoor valet parking vs. the self parking, but on this website, the rate is the same for both. We ended up doing self parking because we got to the Marriott lax parking early, and I didn't want to leave my keys. We parked there for 4 days and our car was secured with no problems. We waited about 10-15 minutes for the shuttle both ways, going to the airport and coming back to the lot. When we step off the shuttle from lax, there's a booth right in front of the hotel where the valet is, you gave them your confirmation paper from cheap airport parking.org, they charge you exactly as stated. I told them I self park instead of valet, they had an attendant go down and let us out with no problems whatsoever.

I paid extra for indoor valet parking because I was going to be away for 2 weeks and wanted to keep my van clean while away. They parked my van outside. It was filthy when I picked it up. They had brought it to me from an outside area so I knew it wasn't parked indoors even though they didn't say anything about it. I confronted them with it and they admitted it, but did not apologize. They only said they didn't park it indoors because they had a lot of people come in. That didn't seem like a good excuse to me. They didn't offer a discount, so I asked for one, and they gave me a slight discount.

This was my go-to parking for LAX for awhile, but not anymore. I waited 27 minutes for the shuttle. In that time, 2 Courtyard, 3 Hilton, and 3 Crowne Plaza shuttles came by, in addition to the endless stream of non-hotel parking lot shuttles. The shuttles used to be more abundant, but my last two parking stays with them have been like this. While the staff is courteous and the valet attendants have always been excellent, the shuttle wait time is an absolute deal breaker. I have cancelled my reservation for this coming weekend and rebooked it with the Hilton.

Facility is efficient and the staff is very courteous BUT I paid for indoor parking and when I received my car It was covered in dirt, water spots and bird crap!
I have used this lot several times before without issue, and I already had another reservation for 2 days later... I told the manager how disappointed I was, but with LA rush hour starting, I had no time to debate. On my next visit the attendant assured me that my car would be indoors... Word to the wise tell the attendant to be sure and park it inside! All that said, I will continue to use them for location, value, and their courtesy.

As promised! Car was kept inside, and was ready when I arrived, via the text request. They are also giving out bottles of cold water when you get your car, very nice after a long dry flight, and to drink while parked on the 405.
I'm booking another parking reservation at this moment. Shuttle drivers work very hard getting everybody and their luggage on board to keep you moving.

My problem: Car was damaged, filed a claim, contacted the facility multiple times and to date no response or finalization of claim. The location, facility, wait times, shuttle experience was great, but will never use this facility again because of the damage to my car and the lack of responsibility by the Marriott and their insurance carrier!!!
