I am giving this one star overall because I did not realize that pre-paid customers had to go to the actual booth to check out. I was tired from my flight, and I just wanted to get on the road and get home. I drove to the ticket machine, put in my ticket, and then was required to insert my credit card in order for the gate to raise. I figured this was just procedure, but the machine charged my card $92 on top of the $80 I already paid. I checked the paperwork when I got home, and sure enough, I should have gone to the booth (which did not seem to be occupied, but I am sure it was). There needs to be better signage: "If you pre-paid, please see attendant" or something like that. This info also needs to be made more clear in the paperwork I received. The paperwork states that no refunds can be made, and this also should be corrected in the case of an honest mistake.
