01/27/2011Sorry to say, I would never park here again. All because I was overcharged about $10.00. After I booked online, I paid a deposit of about $10.00 using my credit card. The balance was to be paid when I picked up my car. After my trip, I went to Newarklongtermparking on Frontage road, NJ and went inside to the front desk. The desk person gave me the total and I paid it in full and in cash. The problem was he never deducted the $10.00 deposit I paid using my credit card. I walked out without my receipt. MY mistake. I called the location three times they never helped me. I emailed CHEAP AIRPORT PARKING.ORG. Three times and all they could say was without a receipt they could not help me.
It seems to me if they have my Confirmation # and my CC info they would know all too well exactly how much I was charged, and how much I paid. So for a lousy $10.00 over charge they are saying to their customers The Hell with you.
However, that is OK. In the long run, if someone else reads this and decides not to use this company. They will lose a lot more than $10.00
