Not as bad as I was expecting! Do plan to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle to & from, but the ride is fairly quick (5 min) and the drivers both ways were very nice and made an effort to have a conversation. It's a great deal for the price since many other parking venues (hotels) are much more money and only slightly closer to the terminal. If you're going to be gone for a while, this is a great parking option. If you're just parking for a couple of days, it may not be the most efficient option.

The place is hard to find, a little dirty and frankly seems a little janky -- driving in, these halogen work lights shine right in your eyes. The garage itself is poorly lit and a little dirty. And yet, I can't deny the people were really nice and friendly, and for the price you pay really can't beat it.
