Hey, great job! Parking is always a tough situation especially during the holidays. I am glad you could accommodate us on such a short notice. The website reservations were a bit confusing, as one site said you were sold out while another site took our reservation. But it all worked out for the best. Wow, you were really crowded. See you again.

b/c my work needs me to travel a lot, I parked many places around LAX, LAX Parking Center is one of best places, it's close to LAX, and is easy to find - the driving instruction is very detailed. The only thing I'm not very satisfied is the waiting time for pickup from airport, it's > 20min, but to be honest, 20 min waiting is normal for many other parking places in LAX.

Good job overall. I left a light on in my car when I left so when I came back my battery was dead. I asked the attendant for a jump and he helped me out right away. I was impressed and would recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap airport parking.

Good job. Guy said pick me up in 15 minutes. The place was packed, there was traffic backed up and slow everywhere, so I didn't really believe him. He was there in 15 minutes.

There was a little botch on figuring my bill but I was partly responsible for that. It got corrected quickly enough and I paid the correct amount.

I was impressed.

Check in was okay. The check out was the worst I have ever encountered. Cars was parked everywhere and so close, I couln't even get my bags through them to get to elevtors. Way too many cars parked. Ii was horrible. Took me 45 minutes to get out of parking lot. It was Thanksgiving.

Overall, it was a good value for the money. The shuttle worked every well. The people are nice. The check-in worked fine. The only complaint we had was when we come back from the trip, the whole parking lot was filled with cars and I mean cars parked everywhere. We had to wait for someone to back out a car that is blocking our way to get out and it was a dangerous exit since so many cars are double parked. But again, it was a Thanksgiving weekend so maybe the other times it is not that crowded.

I will never park with this company again!!! i had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. That was after i called twice and spoke to a young woman would obviously hated her job and could care less about me as a customer. When i got back and was ready to leave, they told me the only way I could get the price that I had reserved was if i brought in my confirmation print out. This was obsurd! I made my reservation for $2 less per day than what the regular price was AND I put a down payment on it and they would not honor my reservation (even though i had my confirmation number) just because i didn't have my print out when the attendant was sitting right in front of a nice computer with a printer!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I will never park with these people again!
