The wait time is unexceptable. I had to wait exactly half an hour to get picked up. This was the second time in a row that I experience long wait time from this facility. Every other companies bus/van came and went three times befor I got picked up.

I will never park with this company again!!! i had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. That was after i called twice and spoke to a young woman would obviously hated her job and could care less about me as a customer. When i got back and was ready to leave, they told me the only way I could get the price that I had reserved was if i brought in my confirmation print out. This was obsurd! I made my reservation for $2 less per day than what the regular price was AND I put a down payment on it and they would not honor my reservation (even though i had my confirmation number) just because i didn't have my print out when the attendant was sitting right in front of a nice computer with a printer!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I will never park with these people again!

The parking lot is OK, not the cleanest in the world. The main problem is the shuttle, which is just a small van. The driver expected a tip. He seemed insulted when I didn't give him one and even hung around until I finally coughed up some money. But, at least he was reasonably prompt, which is more than I can say for one of the other lots I used (Quick Park LAX).

The overall experience was not bad. But it's disappointing to find my car valet-parked on the roof covered with dust after a week. I thought it is supposed to be covered parking.

Not as professional looking as you would like. The parking stressed me out almost as much as missing my flight. In the end, they provided the service as they said they would.

This is the worst experience we have ever had. Their vans are old and dirty, the parking structure is dirty and smelled like urine. We waited 45 minutes for pick up at the airport after many phone calls telling us they were 5 minutes away. The driver was very rude and was yelling and cussing!

Hey, great job! Parking is always a tough situation especially during the holidays. I am glad you could accommodate us on such a short notice. The website reservations were a bit confusing, as one site said you were sold out while another site took our reservation. But it all worked out for the best. Wow, you were really crowded. See you again.
