i paid for indoor valet. my car had just been washed before i dropped it off for a 5 day trip. when i got the car back it was obvious the car was parked outside with dust and dirt and bird droppings all over it. when i asked the manager about this he said they have birds inside their facility. i then looked around there lot and i don't think they even have an indoor facility. also, it took 45 minutes to get picked up upon my return to lax. these guys are bad operators!!

Park Place at LAX Outdoor Valet were prompt in getting me to and from LAX in a timely manner without much wait time. The lot could use improvement as the cars are parked so close together - I was afraid of getting door dings. But overall, they did a good job and I may use their parking lot again.

Bathrooms were not clean. Honestly the woman's restroom looked like it hadn't been clean for weeks.

When I checked in the guy was so rude...I felt like I was already in NYC. He was rude to lady that came in behind me as well. If you don't like mornings find another job. When I returned at almost one am a different guy checked me out and he was very pleasant. All the drivers were awesome and nice.

Very slow picking us up at the airport. Waited 45 minutes as many other low priced shuttles passed us by multiple times. Called them several times as we were waiting and they kept saying shuttle was on its way...but it wasn't. Driver and staff did not apologize for the wait, instead saying it was busy (which it wasn't) and that they got caught in traffic (which there wasn't). When we came to get our car, again they were not even remotely apologetic. When I asked them how many shuttles they had running they said 5, but based on my 45 minutes at the airport it looked more like 2! Finally, as if all of this was not enough, it even appeared that some gas may have been siphoned from our gas tank. I cannot prove this (and am not a paranoid person) but my wife remembers having almost a full tank and it was at about 1/4 when we picked it up. Taken as a whole-this place was terrible, seedy, rude, and the worst airport parking experience we have ever had.

The staff was very nice and pick up when we arrived was quick.

We arrived in the dark at 5am and the signage was so poor we passed it and had to call and find out where they were.
