Wait for shuttle to airport was 30 minutes. Wait from airport 8 minutes, but another 15 minutes at Johnny Park to check out. Shocked to find $6.00 was missing from my car!!!!

It was absolutely terrible. I will never ever use them again. They made me wait in a huge line to drop off my car. talk about inefficient service and I almost missed my flight. I basically gave up the 7 dollars I had already paid online and left angry to park elsewhere so that I font miss my flight.

When arriving at Johnny Park, there is no indication where to park when dropping off a car. When we returned home, I asked the driver to call in my car, so they could have it ready, and I heard him do so. When we arrived at the facility to pick up the car, it was not ready, and they were running around claiming they couldn't find someone's car and that it was lost. NOT confidence building. When the driver went to get my car (which I could see from the office door), he kept pushing the lock/unlock buttons, but couldn't seem to locate the car. I then walked around back and yelled, "THIS IS MY CAR" while pointing, but he didn't seem to understand even then. I will most likely not park there again.

I waited over an hour to get picked up at the airport. I called three times and all I ever got was a recorded message until the 4th call. Even after the 4th call it took over 30 mins to be picked up. I will never come back to this location.

This was my second time parking at johnny park and it was excellent. They changed location which is still very close to the airport. The staff are friendly and assist customers quickly. The shuttles arrive fast to and from the airport.

Will park here again!!

Staff was very nice, but no sense of urgency. When I was going to the airport there was a shift change in shuttle drivers. A van of 5 of us waited for 20 mins in the van and that does not include the time we waited outside for the van to arrive. When returning from the airport it took the shuttle over 20 minutes to get there. I even had another company who looped around twice tell me that if he sees me on his next loop he would give me a ride. I would not use them again.

I called ahead when we landed so they could have extra time to pull my car up. They told me on the phone they would pull it up. But when I arrived to the lot. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Bogus.

I would never park here again! Despite the claim that JohnnyPark has shuttles circling LAX every 15 minutes. We waited atleast 20 until we finally called and then had to wait another 20 till a shuttle finally picked us up. Then upon arrival back at the facility, we waited another 1/2 hour for our car to come out of the stacked parking.

I have to wait for a long time (about 20-30 mins this time, about 15 mins during my previous one in the first week of Jan11) at the airport for pick up. It would be great to get the shuttle sooner.

When I picked up my car on Fri 1/21 evening, I couldn't make my reservation at your location for tomorrow 1/24. She said that I don't get the same rate that I have. As I have been parking my car at your location for some time now, I was trying to expedite my reservation while I was already there instead of going on the internet and book. I would appreciate it if you can do something for the frequent customers to avoid hassle.

Your location is very convenient for me, just off of I-105 and people are good. I enjoy parking my car at your location and will continue doing that.
