I had a horrible experience with Johnny Park. I picked up my car after a few days and as I was headed home I realized that my iphone headphones were stolen from the center compartment. My hand lotion bottle was left open and all the lotion had spilled over. My belongings had been handled and moved around. I immediately called and notified them about the incident only to have them "accidentally" hang up on me, I called a second time and I was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. I drove back and requested to speak to a manager and he had me fill out a report and directed me to get in contact with Samantha Combs the Claims and Fleet manager only to find out she only deals with vehicle collisions. Very unprofessional! Will never return or recommend!

I've never had a worst experience! When I got back from my trip, and called up to be picked up- their phones didn't work! I waited for over an hour to be picked up- hoping that one of the shuttles will just show up eventually- nope.....had to take a $20 cab ride to the parking lot....they reimbursed the cab ride, but did not compensate for the awful experience in any way....on top of it- they were totally unfazed about the whole thing...Never again!!!

Initially I could not find the location of the parking lot, because the address listed on the reservation confirmation was an old address. The address provided on the automated phone system was also the incorrect one. I followed the directions posted on the door but had trouble finding it because it was not clearly marked. The only sign I saw was for the car rental company that operates out of the same location. I guessed that it was the right one because there was no where else it could have been.

Upon arrival, the shuttle took about 45 minutes, even though the automated phone system stated that shuttles run about every 15 to 20 minutes. When I got back to the parking lot they had trouble finding my car in the system because it had been allocated under a different number.

Bottom line: I would not recommend this parking lot and I will not use it again.

I wish that I had a contact/manager to explain how wonderful Manny is and my experience was with Johnny Park. I was coming in late around 1am from a delayed flight from San Francisco and was worried I wouldn't be able to pick up my car on time (to get my car and my house keys). Manny promised that he would personally stay until 1am to make sure that I had a ride from the airport and so I could pick up my car and keys. I am so appreciative and was pretty much in tears at how nice and accommodating Manny and his team was ~ Thanks Manny.

I will never use this company again. First, I received incorrect directions to the lot and spent thirty minutes driving around trying to find it. When I did finally find it, it was nothing but a dark building with a tiny sign in the window saying they had MOVED LOCATIONS. So, then I had to drive to the other location. By the time I finally got there, I was super late. Then, I waited almost 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. I got to the airport with less than an hour before my flight took off. I will NEVER go there again.

They had me waiting for an hour there, they didn't know where they parked my car. First, the shuttle took forever to pick me up and then this experience... it was a total of 1:40 hrs experience.

Overall Johnny Park is a good value. I had to wait too long (over 45 minutes) though for pickup.

Wait for shuttle to airport was 30 minutes. Wait from airport 8 minutes, but another 15 minutes at Johnny Park to check out. Shocked to find $6.00 was missing from my car!!!!

This is good for the price. Make sure that you are early, when leaving your car, as they are slow. Also if you have an SUV, even a little one, it is $1 more.

I tried to park here on a day where i had minimal time and it was a huge mistake. Took forever to drop off my car and there was a huge line and was very inefficient. I regreted having already paid for part of the fee and left to park elsewhere. I will never ever park here again.
