I like everything about it, but the shuttle runs have been cut back and the wait is now too long. 30 to 45 minutes my last couple of trips. I'm looking to park elsewhere in the future even if it costs a little more.

I read many reviews of both pro and con, but my experience was no problem at all. It was my first time to use airport parking since I moved to LA. I have checked many airports, but I am fully satisfied with Hilton LAX.

When I arrived at Hilton, the bus was almost leaving but the attendant scanned my reservation sheet in a second and I could catch the bus. As for the return, I texted my ticket number and the car was ready to go when I arrived at Hilton. I will use this parking again.

First time we parked at the Hilton LAX. Prompt shuttle service and underground parking make for a very good experience.

Past experience parking at the Marriott was OK, but the shuttle service -- particularly being picked up upon our return to LAX -- was painfully long.

Much beter experience with the Hilton.

My flight was cancelled after spending 8 hours in the airport due to weather in Chicago so I ended up leaving my car for only 9 hours instead of 3 days. You still get charged the full amount of your reservation, so keep that in mind. It is a great covered place to park though.

I have been using the Hilton LAX for years, sometimes it's great, sometimes not quite, but this last time they were terrific.

I was exhausted from delays enroute and had misplaced the valet ticket. They rapidly found my car and took care of me. Very impressed.

I have used this service many times, but I waited for almost an hour after midnight for the shuttle. I called the Hilton twice. When the shuttle arrived the driver was barely even courteous. My past experience has been great. I may not use this one again because of the poor service. A woman standing at the curb of LAX for close to an hour....REALLY????

We flew out of LAX on a Friday morning. The line for the shuttle on Friday morning was huge and the wait was very long. The valet seemed to take care of the guests in line and made sure to call plenty of shuttles to accommodate all of us. I recommend getting to the hotel more than 30 minutes before you want to be at the airport because the wait was long and we considered getting a cab because of the long wait.

I flew back in to LAX on Sunday afternoon and the shuttle was there almost at the exact time I got to the curb.

We did valet, and my car was waiting for me when I got off of the shuttle.

Note: you pay for the valet service inside of the lobby of the hotel.

That experience was great! The best part was texting the valet ticket number to the phone number in your email to me and having my car waiting for us when we arrived to pick it up at the Hilton! Fabulous!!!!! :)
