Location and shuttle service are great.
However, valet service was horrible. I texted them on my way to the hotel; however, I still have to wait for 30 minutes before they pulled my car. The valet service window lady was pretty helpful, but I wish there had been more clear and easier way to settle payments, etc. I was told to pay inside and have to figure out waht to do next. Do I give the receipt to the valey guy or valet window or just wait? Next time I am so going to Marriott or it's affiliates. I received way better service there!
