I was a little unsure if I was at the right gate upon arrival. I made a mistake of taking the ticket to open the gate just like I do at every other parking facility. By taking the ticket it caused problems upon leaving late at night, but everything turned out all right. I will park here next time.

Still waiting way too long for the shuttles to and from the airport, they need either more vans or keeping then on track, too much time between shuttles, often 30 minutes or more.

Interestingly, the Hilton Hotel offers no water fountains in the lobby????

I love this parking. As long as I book ahead I get very good price. I usually pay the extra buck for valet, its the most convenient and time saving. Parking on my own is not bad but i just have to then plan ahead and factor in the time to find a free spot. Very friendly valet and so far (touch wood) car has been taken care real well. They introduced a new automated payment system for valet recently. My first try was not good. They were supposed to scan my ticket when I left the car. Also my ticket print out has the barcode in an awkward place which is difficult for the scanner to read. An Employee did help me manually make my payment, but I wasted lot of time trying to figure out why it was not working. Hoping for a better experience the next time.

Great location at a great price. Lines can be long at the hotel going to the airport and the wait for the shuttle to come around at the terminal seems like forever. But overall, good experience.

The location is great in proximity to LAX, it is just a short shuttle ride to the airport. I will give both experiences (getting to the airport and getting back to the Hilton once my flight returned).

Getting to the Airport: Unfortunately the wait for the shuttle is a bit longer than expected I showed up at 6:17AM and the shuttle didn't pick me up until almost 7:00AM. The driver was polite but does not drive safely. Overall it worked out fine, but it was not as advertised for the wait time.

Getting to the Hilton after my returned flight: This is was the worse experience I have ever had parking at Airport park and go. I fly often, so I am used to using park and go's like this; but this was unbelievable. I called to have my car ready (as they promote that you can), and the guy at valet said "too busy" and hung up the phone. I was traveling with my wife and two small children (1 was 5-months old). After taking the shuttle to the airport I knew I didn't want my baby on the shuttle ride back, so I told my wife to wait the kids and I will get the car and head back. Unfortunately this turned into a horrible adventure to get the car. First Hilton does not tell you where to get back on the shuttle so you have to track down someone to lead you to the pick up point (that's fine, this is not their fault). But once on the shuttle the driver was crazy nearly hitting cars the whole way through the LAX round about. He actually tapped a car hit his breaks and the pilot standing in front of me landed on me. It took 30-minutes to get back to the Hilton. Once there they couldn't find my keys and they said it could take 30-minutes longer because they are busy. They were far from polite and courtesy. This was unacceptable so I actually went back to the keys and found my key less than one minute. By the time I got back to my wife it was over an hour just getting the car. This was the worse parking experience I have ever had and some of it was due to LAX just being LAX, but the majority of it was the poor service received at the Hilton.

I know there are a lot of good reviews about this parking lot and maybe my scenario was an isolated experience, but I know I will never use them again.
