Staff was helpful and courteous. Wait times were minimal, even on a holiday. This was a wonderful experience. Valet Hilton is the only way to go at LAX! Thanks.

Very convenient and easy pay with credit card at gate. I will definitely use cheapairportparking.org and will park at the Hilton LAX for future travels. (be sure to record where you parked - floor, section for easy retrieval of car on return)

There are several good things to say about this service. The Hilton parking is covered underground parking close to LAX. After booking online, I was given clear directions on how to get to the hotel, and explicit instructions on how to enter and exit. I was able to insert the credit card I used to book online at the gate to both enter and leave the facility without a hitch. At the time of online booking you are charged for the first 24 hours. The balance is charged to your card at the time you leave the facility. I also received a reminder of my reservation 24 hours before I left for the airport, which included a phone number to call if I needed to cancel or if I had any problems. The shuttle leaves the front of hotel every 20 minutes. The drivers are friendly and courteous. They insisted on stashing our luggage for us. I left them handsome tips - they really deserved it! I have to say that I am a bit nervous about private garages because you never really know who hangs out there. But the Hilton is neat, clean and obviously secure. I highly recommend it. I have used them twice now and will continue to do so!

Hard to beat the Hilton LAX really - good location, friendly people. It can take a while for the shuttle to arrive after you've landed, but it didn't seem any worse than any other shuttle options I know of!

Good clean parking, however, if you have a bigger car, it will not fit in the underground lot.

Shuttle was prompt and easy to locate.

Payment was smooth with a all electronic payment system, making it smooth and easy to track.

The only downside is its a large lot and you can easily loose your car (I did after getting disorientated) - mark down your space.

Overall I'm very happy with the parking experience at the Hilton. It's close to the airport with frequent shuttles in both directions, so it's quick getting to and from the airport. Using your credit card to enter and leave the parking area is another time-saver. The covered parking is secure and clean.

On the downside, recently I had to wait 30 for a shuttle to the airport! While this isn't typical it was still frustrating. Only on the second full shuttle did the driver call for more shuttle runs to handle the long line of worried passamgers. The Hilton should monitor the shuttle runs somehow.

Still, when the price is under $10/ day I think this is some of the best parking options at LAX.

Everything about parking at the Hilton was exceptional. The shuttle was on time both for our departure and when we arrived back at LAX. I will definitely use this same service again in the future.

This was the best parking experience. The price was reasonable. We arrived, got our ticket, the shuttle was there in just a few minutes & a short ride to the airport. On our return, the shuttle was there when we went outside & returned to the hotel within minutes. The valet service was prompt & friendly.
