11/30/2009There are several good things to say about this service. The Hilton parking is covered underground
parking close to LAX. After booking online, I was given clear directions on how to get to the hotel, and explicit instructions on how to enter and exit. I was able to insert the credit card I used to book online at the gate to both enter and leave the facility without a hitch. At the time of online booking you are charged for the first 24 hours. The balance is charged to your card at the time you leave the facility. I also received a reminder of my reservation 24 hours before I left for the airport, which included a phone number to call if I needed to cancel or if I had any problems. The shuttle leaves the front of hotel every 20 minutes. The drivers are friendly and courteous. They insisted on stashing our luggage for us. I left them handsome tips - they really deserved it! I have to say that I am a bit nervous about private garages because you never really know who hangs out there. But the
Hilton is neat, clean and obviously secure. I highly recommend it. I have used them twice now and will continue to do so!
