It was a bit hard to find EXIT from where I parked. I couldn't tell which to turn first.
The elevator is way too slow. I thought it was broken.

Going to LAX from the Hilton was smooth -- it was 6:00AM on a Thursday morning. The shuttle arrived immediately and I was at the terminal 10 minutes later.

Coming back was a Sunday evening around 7:00pm. I went straight to the "Hotel and Courtesy Shuttle" waiting area, and after about 30 minutes of waiting, asked who else was waiting for the Hilton shuttle. About 15 people raised their hands.

I called the Hilton, only to be told the shuttle was at the Bradley Terminal and would be arriving in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later the shuttle arrived. So 45 minutes total for the bus. You can imagine it was packed, shoulder to shoulder. A lot of angry guests.

Will never use the Hilton again, or as an alternate, take the Parking Spot shuttle which is located right next door. About 4 of those came by while I was waiting.

Very good service, I have now used it multiple times and it worked out very well every time. The Hilton facility is great, also in terms of the ease of getting into it and out, and the price is a steal compared to LAX covered parking. Will use again without any hesitation.

I've used the Hilton LAX airport parking many times over the last couple of years. It has worked out fabulous. You can't beat the rate. This was the first time I used the valet parking instead of self-parking, and it was even better. Per the instructions, I sent a text message to the valet and my car was waiting out front when the shuttle returned me to the hotel. My bags were loaded in the car for me, I paid, hopped in the car and was on my way home.

Waited over an hour for the shuttle. They only had 1 shuttle running. The first time it came around (45 minute wait), it was too full by the time it got to terminal 7 to take any more passengers. Waited an additional 30 minutes for the shuttle to come around again.

Great service and value. We stayed at this hotel the night before and called for the car on the way from the Airport. It was waiting for us and no hassle with the reservation or amount due. A+

I switched to Hilton LAX for my airport parking needs after trying out the airport lots, several independent lots, another hotel (Marriot) and some chain lots.

The entrance to the valet/parking area is a little bit hidden but once you know where it is there is no longer a problem. Upon pulling into the valet "tunnel" you may or may not be given directions on where to stop your car. Either way, feel free to put it in park and get out because you will be promptly greeted by the Valet even though it is always busy at the Hilton.

The valets here are efficient and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for the return of my car. The tunnel is always busy with shuttles, cars and people but they manage to pull it off.

After getting out of your car, you will simply wait on the cobblestone entryway for the next shuttle to appear. Once it does, it will undoubtedly be filled with new arrivals. The driver will promptly unload all of the passengers bags and then quickly help load new passengers. They often times load the bags based on which airline you will be using so don't be mad if they take someone else's before yours. You will appreciate the organization later.

Once everyone is loaded, the shuttle makes a stop at a neighboring hotel since they are part of a share, but this stop usually doesn't take long.

Honestly, the part of the shuttle that takes the longest is when people bring 2 or 3 or 6 huge bags with them that need to be loaded. There was once a group of 8 or 9 senior citizens that the shuttle was picking up from one of the last terminals (wherever Hawaii airlines is located) and they each had 2 GIANT wheeled bags with them. The driver worked as quickly as he could, shuffling the other bags around and flinging the big bags onto the top racks when necessary... but he seemed exhausted afterward. One of the old people even had the gull to say, "Why does it take so long for the shuttle to get here? We've been waiting nearly 15 damn minutes!" Seriously old guy? It's because of people like you who take too much crap with them on vacation. Okay, enough defending the driver, but they are always so nice and helpful it just makes me mad when people don't realize this fact.

All in all, I haven't found a solid reason to switch parking lots again. As long as this one remains affordable ($50-$60 for a week of valet?.. awesome!) I will continue to use it for all of my LAX needs.

I am always curious whether the valets here expect tips... I mean I just paid a lot of money to have my car sit still for 2-5 days so is a tip necessary? They do a good job so I always give them a little something but nothing over the top. I wonder if they are paid a decent salary or actually rely on the tips handed to them. They are too professional to beg or wait for a tip so I'm just never sure.

Hilton was good, but not convenient when self-parking bceause you have to go soooo far down to find a spot. We have a baby and that made it way more difficult - wouldn't park there again unless we did valet.

The facility was nice and Shuttle drivers were very helpful. However, we were traveling with two young children and the wait time was very long both to and from the airport. When we came back was the worst because both of our children were very tired, we landed at night, it was cold and raining, and we had to wait for the shuttle bus for over 40 minutes. It was very frustrating.

I am now going to go this route from now on...it was soo easy and hastle free. Thank you!! My biggest fear was that I would wait forever for a shuttle, which didnt happen..the shuttle picked us up to and from the hotel within 15 minutes.. the parking structure was clean and seemed secure, which was another fear... I loved that it was parked at a hotel... thank you

This is a very convinient place to park. The personnel were very helpful, especially a guy named Rafael, he helped me with some problems going out of the lot. The price is reasonable too, considering being parked at the Hilton hotel. I will definitely park here again.

I was a little disappointed because a shuttle pulled off as we were walking to it but the next one did come rather quickly. On the return it took quite some time for our car, but considering the price it was well worth it.
