Excellent Service, friendly people and was quick to & from the airport terminal. We normally try to avoid LAX, but the ease of this parking and getting to the terminal, has changed our mind. Will definitely use again.

Don't misplace your receipt!! Even though I did, they scrounged through the multiple hundreds of car keys to eventually find mine! What a pain due to my screw up. They were all very nice, cordial and professional. Had to wait a considerable time for a van to eventually find me. Other than that, I'm making my second reservations with them now.

I'll be trying a different lot next time.
I was surprised with the final charges as shown on my receipt from the exit gate as compared to those that are shown on my reservation, as detailed below.

On Reservation:
Parking from 06/02/2011 (11:00 AM) Parking to 6/07/2011 (6:00 PM)
Paid now $11.00
Pay at lot $55.00
Parking Total $66.00

On Receipt:
06/02/11 11:05 -- 06/07/11 16:27
Period SdSh23' $72.00
Sub Total 72.00
Tas 10% 7.20
Total 79.20
Payment Received Visa $79.20

So, I was charged $72 for what I was lead to believe would cost $66. The 10% tax was a surprise and as far as I can tell, I was not given credit for the original $11 I paid at the time I reserved the spot on-line.

Although not mentioned on the reservation/confirmation, entry into the facility is gained by inserting the credit card used for the reservation; similarly exiting and paying is done at the exit gate with the same card, not at the valet booth as shown on reservation.

By doing the final trasaction at the exit gate by credit card there is no opportunity for discussion or resolution of possible overcharges with the staff.

I'll use someone else next time although this lot is very handy to both the freeways and the airport and easy to find. There was no wait time for the shuttle on the outbound flight and only waited for 20 minutes on the return.

Have parked here a few times. Good overall experience. Wait at the airport can take up to 30 minutes.

Going to the airport was a breeze. The driver was very helpfull with loading and unloading the bags. On the return from the airport we had wait a long-"long" time at the airport for pick-up. I called after 20 minutes of waiting and it still took them 10 more minutes to pick us up. Many other passangers were there waiting as well and some had said they were waiting for 40 minutes. Many other LAX hotels and parking garages had several buses running to pick-up passengers and it seemed that the Hilton had only one running. Maybe they should consider adding more buses to their service.

you can save money by reserving online. Be sure to bring email receipts or the rate will not apply.

Previous experience was great so we used again. On this trip, had to wait way too long for the shuttle to pick up at airport on return flight.

Total time from lobby to lax a half hour... much longer than my previous experiences.

Returning waited too long for the shuttle back and wound up taking the parking spot century shuttle and walking next door to the hilton.

Based on this it seems you have cut shuttles.
