There must have been some kind of special when I used the valet service because it was $9/day! It was the fastest LAX parking experience I've ever had. I dropped the car off at the entrance to the Hilton, got on the waiting shuttle and lessn than 10 minutes later I was checking in for my flight. The return was equally as fast. If it's on special, this is the way to park.

Everything was great (5 stars for Location and Facility), except for the shuttle experience. It's surprising how many people would be waiting in line at 6 AM on a Monday morning, but we had to wait about 20 minutes before the next shuttle came (because the shuttle that was there couldn't fit everyone, the line was so backed up). Not only that, the shuttle went to other hotels before finally going to the airport. We were departing for an international flight, so this only added to the stress level. Definitely did NOT expect for a shuttle that is a 5 minute drive away from the airport, to have taken 40 minutes from the time we parked at the hotel until the time we were dropped off at LAX.

Because the lines were so long, people were rude and trying to cut in as well. The hotel staff seemed to condone this and had a very nonchalant, "none of my business" attitude.

Because the parking lot itself was secure, underground, and plenty of width on either side (since not everyone is considerate about preventing door dents on other people's cars), I will give this location one more chance. Also, payment was a breeze, and getting out was a breeze.

We have used this service several times and plan to again. Everything was well executed. In the past we've had to wait for an extended time for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, but this time is was only a short wait.

I'm very particular about where I park my car, not just airport parking. Hilton LAX Parking exceeded my expectations of what airport parking would offer. The facility is very clean and after over a week so was my car. Spaces are of decent size and easily accommodate full-size vehicles. The staff is all friendly and helpful. I will, and have, park there again. I highly recommended Hilton LAX Parking.

Have used CAP several times and am very pleased with your service. Web site is very user friendly and the entire booking system -- from reservations to final payment works very well.

As to the Hilton LAX: Good, secure, well lit facility. Only critisicm is the shuttle only runs every 15 to 20 minutes which means crowding to the point of having to wait for another bus at peak times. They need more runs. On one trip, the driver left us to drag our luggage on and off the bus. A small blip in otherwise very good service.

Used valet parking - so worth the few extra dollars! They even have your car ready for you when you arrive from the shuttle. This is the way to go.

The shuttles are less frequent than the ones of other hotels and they are sometimes packed. Otherwise, a good experience.

The location and facilities are great but the shuttle wait was too long, about 20 minutes. Most comapnies run every 5 to 10 minutes.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Wait times were minimal, even on a holiday. This was a wonderful experience. Valet Hilton is the only way to go at LAX! Thanks.
