It takes you too long some times. This time it took you twenty something minutes to come pick me up. Last time it took you forty something minutes.

I was waiting for shuttle for 30 minutes from and at that time I sow shuttles from other hotel-parking at least twice. Where was the 12:00AM shuttle? More I gave the clerk of the Hilton hotel/parking a printout of the prepaid bill. BUT! The clerk told me to stay in line. Long line of people who ware checking into hotel.

Clerk (only clerk in the hotel) demanded the total payment of $24.00! before opening the gates.

This parking lot is in a great location very easy to get to the airport when flying out shuttle runs every 30min and you can plan what time to be there bc they run on hour and 1/2 hour and it only takes about 5 min to get to airport. However when you return to airport and need to get the shuttle back to your car is a problem. I have parked in this location 3 times and every time i wait a minimum of 45min to an hour at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up . Yesterday I waited over an hour to get a shuttle to pick me up. I called the hotel twice to see what was taking so long because I had seen every other hotel shuttle company pass 2-3 times in the time i was waiting. This definitely is a problem for me and if this doesn't get better I wont use the service again. Other than that everything else is good.

Many shuttle routes available within a hour. It cut off waiting time both in hotel and airport terminal. Before taking shuttle to airport, I was very enjoy the hotel's free internet and cafe shop. The price is not lowest; however, compare to other cheapest parking place; the ROI is high than anyone. Super and highly recommend.

Services are superb and the staff is helpful and courteous. Airport parking worked very well. I will use this service for other flights from FLL airport in the future.

My first time using this location so I asked the attendant at the gate what needed to be done upon my return. He was friendly and helpful but the wait time took forever to get the shuttle there. I was informed that even if I was 5 minutes late, they would charge me for another full day (even though my reservation was for less than 5 full days). Upon my return I had to wait forever for the shuttle back to the hotel and walked around the hotel trying to follow the first attendants instructions. Needless to say I won't be using this airport parkingservice again.
