Got the shuttle soon after checking in at parking on LAX location at 6am with a short ride to Terminal 1. On the return to airport, called in reservation number so car would be waiting for me as I returned to parking location. Was picked up within 5 minutes of waiting time. Brief payment time at the office and then on my way, will come back 4 sure.

I think I will definitely be back, i was impressed with their service and patience. I was delayed 3 days but when i came back i was surprised my car was still nicely taken care of. Thank you guys.

Excellent service for the price and location. Have used Fox Auto Parks three or four times now and I have always managed to be at the terminal within 10mins after dropping off the car. Pick-up is just as easy as the shuttle bus is frequent and if you phone up they have your car ready for you.

This was a first time experience with Fox AutoPark, which was admittedly somewhat apprehensive because of not having parked there before. However, I found the attendant curteous, the delivery on time, the car ready upon return from the airport. The one negative comment would be that because of my early morning departure, there were only two shuttles making the rounds which was a bit long in the waiting for it to pick us up. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

It did take a while to get a van to get back to the lot, but every one was on the spot when we got to the lot and on the shuttle. I have recomended the lot and even the rental car associated with fox to others.
