I paid for my first day through the website, and had a balance that I was supposed to pay at the location. When I was checking out I was told, that the amount I owed was more than what the web site said. According to Fox Parking, the web site amount didn't include tax. I paid them the amount they told me to, however, when I came home I noticed that tax was indeed included, and Fox Parking overcharged me. I had to go back to the garage to get reimbursed. I suspect others might also be overcharged in this manner.

Well, this is the best parking lot of the three that I've used from this website. I really wish LAX had not gotten rid of most of their long term public parking spaces. Parking at LAX used to be a far more hassle free experience than dealing with these private operators. All in all, Fox Park was OK. The only problem is that they also run a car rental service. So they actually pick up from the purple sign areas at the terminals. And they have to stop first on the return trip at their rental office before stopping at the parking office. Their shuttle van is the hardest one to spot, it says "Fox Rental Car" in tiny letters in the front. I misconnected with their shuttle van a couple of times because of these issues. Be sure to show them your discounted reservation, otherwise you will not get the discount. At least this place hasn't tried to rip me off with the discount reservation or overbooked their reservations (unlike Quick Park LAX) or had the shuttle driver hit me up for a tip (LAX Parking Center). Like I said, I really, really miss those nice giant LAX buses to Lots A, B, and C. It used to be one of the more reliable aspects of traveling through LAX. LAX is a horrible enough travel experience without having to add on the hassles of dealing with private parking lot operators.

There was a glitch with the reservation. When I booked, the price quoted suddenly jumped by about $10. Then, when I checked out the price jumped again by $20. Luckily, a manager was on site and sorted the whole thing out quickly and politely. This place was nice but make sure you print your internet receipts.

It was ok, but I called and the agent said and my vehicle were not ready when I arrived at the parking lot. My car tire had been rubbed against something that scrapped my rim, like someone had hit the curb. Location was good and transportation was ok.

This is a very convenient place to park for flights out of L.A.X. I've used this lot twice without any incident. Shuttles were always available at the facility, and the wait time for a shuttle upon my return was minimal. Thank you and I look forward to using this establishment again in the future.

The staff in the office seemed a little out of it. But the shuttle drivers were good. The parking lot is very close to the freeway, but some of the streets are one way, so be sure to follow their driving instructions.

Make sure you take a copy of your reservation printout (and make them give you a copy when you leave your car), so that they don't over-charge you when you pick up your car.

FOX Parking met my expectations for quality service and good pricing.

Its a great location, just a little hard to find because there is not a street sign when you have to turn right into the street were it's at.

The staff at FOX Auto Park is always friendly and courteous. Have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttles. My battery was dead when I picked my car up last. Got a jump and was on my way.

Got the shuttle soon after checking in at parking on LAX location at 6am with a short ride to Terminal 1. On the return to airport, called in reservation number so car would be waiting for me as I returned to parking location. Was picked up within 5 minutes of waiting time. Brief payment time at the office and then on my way, will come back 4 sure.
