Besides the outdoor parking that was a little hard to navigate and find a spot in, the rest of the experience was great for the price.

I was not happy with the service. I did not have my printed reservation and although I had my confirmation number and showed him my phone proving the information the parking attendant was not flexible. I had to pay the full price and the deposit/special rate was lot. No flexibility whatsoever!

First time parking in that lot and had no idea what to do with my parking reservation confirmation or ticket. I didn't know that payment was due upon pickup.

The only confusing thing was that upon my exit, the parking attendant appeared not to know how to handle my reservation. I showed him the email which said I only had to pay a certain amount when exiting, and he had to go ask someone else how to handle the charge. Other than that, everything was great.

Wait times, at times, are to long, both to and from. Drivers do not drop at the rear stops, only in front. If you park in the rear you have to walk.

Thank you for your interest in my opinion. Easy Park LAX does exceptional job serving customers. Garage is close to terminals, shuttles run every 5 min!

I really like your website, it's very easy to use and it provides very competive prices; that's why i keep using it. I feel that I can trust your business. Never had a problem when checking out from the garage.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I parked on December 26th and when I got there, there was a blocked sign that said "Sold out". I got out of the car and told the person in the booth that I had a reservation. She told me to "move the sign" out of the way. I thought that was part of her job to do that. So I moved the sign. Then she says "get a ticket and put the sign back". I was so annoyed that this person was so damn lazy to get out of her booth to help me out. This is the FIRST and the LAST time I use this place!

Attendant at gate would not accept the conformation email displayed on my iphone screen. She stated that it had to be printed out even though the conformation number and booking details were clearly visible.

A $45 fee fast became $170!

After 5 minutes of protestation she finally relinquished. All the information was right in front of her and this was clearly just a method of extorting money from pre-paid customers.

This is very poor customer service. Holding customers to ransom is not a good way to encourage repeat business. As a result I will use an alternative parking service at LAX.

I would recommend your facility. I believe the parking lot could use more lighting and a more identification references on parking stalls or signs. Its kind of hard to remember where you park after a long trip and then to look for car in dark after a long flight.
