A little difficult to find but well worth it. You need to go into Crowne Plaza entrance and go through gate by taking a parking ticket!!! Wish I knew that or they had a sign indicating it.

Immediate transportation to airport. Upon return, 5 minute wait to be picked up and our car was immediately available as we got out of Van. I will definitely go back.

Excellent personnel service. The wait time for pick-up (20 mins) was a little longer then we anticpated. Overall a very positive experience and we will use your parking services in the future and recommend it to others.

The location was hard to find. When we called in the customer service representative seemed too busy to provide us with help to your location. We had left enough time to get to your location and we had a local limo driver help us to your location. On the way back again the rep was too busy to provide any details. The driver was courteous.

i am very satisfied with all the service. only problem is i can't map e-zway address from to my tomtom gps. please update the correct address so i can get the correct direction.

There could be some bigger signs or signboards out there to help customers navigate conveniently through already convoluted roads around Newark airport to the parking facility. I had tough time locating it. Other than that the parking is reasonably priced, parking personnel is courteous and helpful, shuttle arrives promptly.

The personnel at check-out are not customer friendly. They make you feel as if you are intruding on their free time by showing up to pay your bill.

Everyone was courteous and efficient. The Shuttle driver, while courteous and helpful, drove way too fast for my comfort. Especially on wet pavement.
