Some employees attitude lack professional skills. Appearance, dealing with customers, kindness... dispatcher politeness to be improved... signs to the location are very difficult to follow... I'll rather pay more for a better service...

Good service, excellent price. Had no trouble finding you, with the directions you sent me. Everything went smoothly and pick up at the airport was prompt.

Only problem I can recall was the directions to the facility when we got off Rt. 78 coming from the west. On the map it looked as though the hotel was on the right. Had to make a U-turn and come back on the other side.

Other than that, company and personnel were prompt and very courteous. Thank you - we will definitely use you again.

Of course, I had trouble finding you. On the e-mail receipt the name of your facility should somehow be easier to locate. The driver the first day was a doll. The driver on the return trip wasn't friendly, gave the least amount of help possible. The people who waited on me at the counter were very nice. The price was great.

Worked out perfectly. They were fast & efficient, dropped us right off, and picked us up at the airport after 5 minutes! and then had our car pulled up to the front of the lot for when we got there.... Thank you!

We had to call for shuttle 3 times, the 1st time we were hung up on and subsequent calls due to communication problems on where the pick up. We had to wait at Newark airport for almost an hour for our shuttle, not the way we wanted to end our trip!

Your instructions for parking at the Newark Airport parking facility should specifically state that upon entering the lot, turn LEFT and go to the E-Z WAY office to check in. There should also be a sign with an arrow pointing the way after the barrier.

I returned by 7:00 pm and just because I put my return time as 4:00 pm, I was charged extra money. IF I would put 8:00 there will not be a problem. The rate is given fot the day not for the arrival time on that day. That is the way to rip people off. Do not recommend anybody to use this parking. Bad business culture.
