A little difficult to find but well worth it. You need to go into Crowne Plaza entrance and go through gate by taking a parking ticket!!! Wish I knew that or they had a sign indicating it.

Immediate transportation to airport. Upon return, 5 minute wait to be picked up and our car was immediately available as we got out of Van. I will definitely go back.

Of course, I had trouble finding you. On the e-mail receipt the name of your facility should somehow be easier to locate. The driver the first day was a doll. The driver on the return trip wasn't friendly, gave the least amount of help possible. The people who waited on me at the counter were very nice. The price was great.

The location is definitely a bit of a pain since it is a hard right off a major highway; it took me three passes to get into the facility. Mind you, the first two were figuring out where the actual driveway was. The drivers were great, and the location could not be any closer to the airport so there was little wait time getting to and from the airport. I would recommend this parking facility to anyone that is flying out of Newark.

You guys do it right. I travel a great deal and usually try to self-park to avoid the hassle of parking services. From now on when I fly Newark it is E-Z Way Park for me & intend to tell others.

Excellent personnel service. The wait time for pick-up (20 mins) was a little longer then we anticpated. Overall a very positive experience and we will use your services in the future and recommend it to others.

The personnel at check-out are not customer friendly. They make you feel as if you are intruding on their free time by showing up to pay your bill.

I was very happy with the service. The staff all did a good job. The price is very good. The directions were a little confusing as where to make the first turn after the toll coming in on the website. I think that should be checked out to clarify it.

Some employees attitude lack professional skills. Appearance, dealing with customers, kindness... dispatcher politeness to be improved... signs to the location are very difficult to follow... I'll rather pay more for a better service...
