Everything was just ok - it took about 15 minutes for them to come from the site to the airport (at JFK other services usually take 5-7 minutes). I was extremely frustrated that I had to pay $20 more than the rate I got on cheapairportparking.org because I didn't print out a copy of the confirmation. I had a copy on my phone which I showed to the attendant. But if you don't actually have a physical print out, they jack up the price. I think it's a bit of a ridiculous policy. People working there were fine, not overly friendly but not rude either.

Had a lot of trouble finding the lot even with directions from the web site; very few signs for E-Z Way Parking and the signs that we did see on the way back from the airport were extremely small and unreadable. A lot of stress getting there and we almost missed our flight. Would recommend using GPS address for Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel. Once at lot, drive to airport was quick, we left right away and the van driver was helpful and curteous. On return, we waited a very long time to be picked up, but this was partly our fault as we went to the wrong location initially - especially since unfamilar with Newark airport terminals. Next trip should be better since we now know where to go. Once picked up, trip back to lot was quick, our car was waiting and checkout was fast. Easy trip back to NJ turnpike. All in all we will use E-Z Way Parking again b/c of convenience and lower cost vs airport parking.

Used this because vista my usual lot was full. This one is impossible to find. Both person answering the phone and working the counter were very rude. Person working the gate to get out was also exceedingly impolite. Slow service. Never again.

Cheap and close to the airport. We had to wait a few minutes for the driver to show up to pick us up, but that was nothing compared to the nightmare ahead. There was no one on staff to pay when we tried to check out, and after waiting for 15 minutes, we finally made an effort to track someone down. The person we found was very annoyed that we had interrupted her. She said, "When I am busy, YOU WAIT." Well, we had waited, and we hadn't waited to be lectured to by the person we were giving money to. I don't think it is too much to ask that there be a staff person there when they are open.

THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!! They are rude and ignorant and used abusive language when dealing with my husband and myself. When we arrived everything went fine but when we called to be picked up the experience was horrible. They first went to the wrong terminal after we explained exactly where we were. When we called again they told us to go to a different area and when we walked there it was closed and we called again and the lady who answered the phone told us we were in the wrong spot and when we explained for the third time what terminal we were in, she first told us that we didn't tell her the right terminal and then she became abusive and very rude. After waiting for over 40 minutes for the driver to find us at the original spot we told him we were at, we then went back to the facility where we were cursed at and verbally abused by the lady behind the counter and then they tried to charge us more than the reservation was for. I have also logged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Soooo Easy and fast! Maybe it was the days I used them. Transported right away after checking in and they arrived several minutes after I landed and called. Will use again and DON'T FORGET, it's in the parking lot of the Crown Hotel. The GSP doesn't know that, but I remembered from reading a review. Will use again for sure!

I was not able to find your site and no one was able to help me when I called the lot. I had to choose another lot, or I would have missed my flight. I was told to contact you online, and you would refund my reservation charge.

The good....close to airport, the shuttle drivers were very nice.
The bad.....they lost our keys. We had an extra set, but they were 1.5 hours away. Went to 3 rental car places, all booked. Since it was so late at night, ended up staying at Crowne Plaza overnight and renting car next morning to drive home get keys and drive back again. Arrived 11pm at night, didn't get home until next day 3:00pm plus a lost day at work and over $300 of expenses. Still waiting for reimbursement.....they don't even answer the phone. One of shuttle drivers said they lose the keys all the time.... waiting for the car to be stolen now.

dropping off the car was fairly simple. great shuttle to and from airport. very prompt on arrival. picking up my car was quite difficult. took around 10 mins for them to find my car. one of the ladies working there was extremely rude and yelled at me after i grabbed my own keys off of the counter because "they were not mine yet." manager heard her say it and said nothing. besides that, very close location to airport (less than a 2 miles away). very friendly driver to and from airport.

A little tricky to find, but great job, and great price. Super quick shuttle service, will definitely park here again!
