12/21/2009I must start by saying that when we arrived and left for our vacation we had no problems at all. We parked quickly and were picked up and taken to the airport quickly. Our problems all started when we arrived home at
Orlando Airport. I made sure to wait till we had picked up our luggage before I called the number to get picked up so we wouldn't have the driver (or other guests) waiting on us. I called at 11:38PM on Saturday December 12th, I was told to wait at B11 on the first level for the shuttle. My husband and I went straight to the area and waited. And waited. At 12:04 I called again to make sure I was at the right place, I was told that I was and that the driver was having to take care of both A & B sides, and to give him a minute. We saw a few shuttles come and go three or four times, but no one from EZ FLy. My husband started talking to one of the drivers from another parking company and after he had come through two more times he finally gave us a ride to the EZ Fly parking lot. The time was then 12:35. After waiting an hour and NEVER being picked up by EZ Fly we arrived at the front of the lot to find 3 EZ Fly employees sitting at the little guard shack talking and laughing!! We left the luggage at the guard shack area and I stayed there while my husband walked to get the car. One of the guys asked me if everything was ok, I said NO not really we've been waiting for an hour for you to pick us up and finally your competetor gave us a ride (by the way, it was The Parking Spot, right across the street. I would highly suggest parking there!) he said you didn't see this van right here go thru there? He went over to B11 two times! I told him that he did NOT go thru two times because we WE THERE! Needless to say I WILL NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN!! I believe that the empolyees were just busy chatting and having a good old time and just did not care that we were waiting! And by the way, the airport was dead that night, even the other driver told us that. So there was really no excuse in my mind for this!! I paid to park here but i will NEVER make that mistake again, it may have cost a little less, but it was NOT worth it!!
