First time using this facility. A little confusing upon arrival but a very helpful parking attendant/shuttle driver provided instructions. Shuttle driver helped with unloading and putting luggage in van. Upon return to port, there was a little confusion with an apparent new shuttle driver stopping in a no loading zone. Management would be better served by providing better training to its new staff (perhaps a run-through with an experienced driver). Improved signs would also help at the parking facility. Again, managers might want to get in a car and experience their service from the customer's perspective. All in all, it was an okay experience and we'll use the service again.
