Arrived late morning expecting to park on roof since no guarantee of inside "self parking". Sign at entrance said "lot full". Told attendant that I had reservation. Was told the only space available for self park was in outside, ground level lot "next to fence". As it turns out, parking area was not only outside but was also not paved -- a dirt lot. Shuttle was prompt in both directions and lot is in good location. However, I will not use again to avoid any chance of having to park in dirt. Would be a real mess on rainy day.

The parking was full when i got there and the valet had blocked my car in and had misplaced the key, which took 30 minutes to find. Overall, I will never park there again.

Valet drop off worked great, they took my bags to the shuttle, from car to terminal in 10 minutes, pick up was easy: I called, they arrived in 10 minutes, car was waiting at the parking lot when we returned, easy on to 105 freeway.

I arrived early and returned later to the lot and my price was honored. It was a great experience, I felt my vehicle would be safe, the shuttles were timely, and the employees working the area were friendly! Great service all around!

Note: self parking is only allowed beginning on the 4th level of the parking lot, so plan accordingly. Shuttle wait outbound was excellent - 2 minutes. Inbound was another matter - waited 18 minutes, and I was the first one on the shuttle. All told took more than 30 minutes to get to parking lot, then had to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs because the one and only elevator was out of service. People were nice, facility was not bad, but I think I'll try another airport parking provider next time.

Good location, shuttles were nice. However, no indoor parking available on Thursday at 5pm. Had to park on the rooftop.

I had never used 105 airport parking, but will again. I was especially impressed with the attitude and helpfulness of my driver, Manny. No wait going, 3 minutes on the return. Thanks!
