After a long trip, taking the shuttle, and arriving at the parking lot so late at night, if there's one thing one desires the most is get the vehicle immediately and drive home. In my case I still had a long drive home and would have to sleep for just a couple of hours to go to work. I rushed to be first to turn my ticket to claim my car but the employees scrambled all tickets in disorder and let go a bunch of people that had arrived long after me. They do not seem to have proper training nor any method to consider 'first come first serve' as it should be. I got really stressed out and even when I approached the front desk to let them know about the mess, I was turned down with an excuse that they were not in charge of parking and were not there to take complaints.

I'm extremely disappointed with Omni Airport Parking and at the moment will not recommend it.

Note that there were lots of other clients angry and protesting about the situation. This negative comment goes with the intent of alerting you, and hope it contributes for a good improvement of your service. But you'll have to prove it so one can feel comfortable with it in the future.

Nice facility. Would use again. Only thing was car was parked under tree and exterior was filthy with pollen and oak mast be a Springtime act of nature!

Not sure what happened on my return, but there was no shuttle to the b terminal for close to 45 minutes. When I went down to the shuttle area the signs directed me to the sections of 35-38 for pickup. I get down there and the only Omni shuttle I for this time frame is in the fast lane cruising right on by. Saw the competition on average 5 times. When I called somehow we were disconnected...hmmm. Finally texted that number and threatened they better pick up and we stay connected. Ruined my return to what 2as a great trip. Would I use you again? Probably not.

I followed the instructions received by email and waited 1.5 hours at gate A12 Orlando Airport. Called the contact number several times with no answer. Finally talked to a person, gave her my location, and she said that she would send a shuttle to pick me up. No shuttle arrived so I took a Lyft ride to get my car. Paid $19 out of frustration and will not recommend Omni parking to anyone.

The attendants did not acknowledge my presence. Three of them stood at the podium admiring a dog. My vehicle was not pulled forward and waiting as promised. After 20 minutes of waiting I was told my battery was dead but none seemed concerned.

I think you have a very good option for travelers and it would be a shame for your nonchalant staff to ruin it or bring forward bad reviews.

We arrived at Orlando Airport at about 1:00am. I called 15 times before I got an answer. Omni has this stange music on bussy, instead of answereing the phone. When I finally got through I got mixed info on where the pick up was. It took over an hour to get picked up. I called to have the car brought up, it wasn't.

Wait time was the biggest complaint. It's a parking lot. All I need is a secure spot to park. Clean is not a concern, just safe.

The biggest issue was the wait time. We waited maybe 20 minutes at drop off, which seemed ok. Pick up was a long wait. We were told to text when we landed and our vehicle would be ready. We landed, I texted. We waited outside at least 35 minutes at the airport. This was after we picked up bags and were ready to go. I called and waited on hold for the last 15 minutes and never reached a person, just on hold music.

When we got to the lot our vehicle was not ready, we waited another 10 minutes or more. 10 minutes wasn't bad, but we were expecting the vehicle to be ready as stated. We waited a total of 45 minutes or longer not including drive time, just wait time.

Check in process was annoying and took longer than it should have, but other than that this place was great. Clean, close to airport, everything I needed. Plus, free coffee.

Great price, decent location. Service guys at the facility and on the shuttle were courteous and professional.

The end of the experience was one of worst experiences in terms of guaranteed service and discourteous lack of resolution. My wife, eleven month old son, and I arrived back into town after 11:00pm. The instructions from Omni are to call their 888 number when arriving between 11p-7a. We called no fewer than five times, each time sitting and listening to hold music for about five minutes before hanging up and calling again. For a good portion of this time, we even stood out by the designated areas where the shuttles performed their pickups. After 25-30 minutes of no answer on the phone and seeing no Omni shuttles, we opted for taking a Lyft to their facility. Ironically, I tried calling one more time as the Lyft driver pulled away from the airport and someone actually answered. They mentioned they "had been having trouble with their phone system" that evening and were sorry to hear about our experience. They even mentioned to hold onto our Lyft invoice.

Upon arrival at the Omni airport facility, I asked for a manager. I was told there was no manager around at that hour and to call back the following day. I called the next morning and was told no manager would be around until after 3:00p. I called around 5:30p. I was initially told again, no manager was around, and I asked when I should expect to be able to reach a manager. The associate who answered asked for the details of the situation and, tenuously, took notes and then told me there was likely nothing that could be done for me. I explained that I simply wanted to be reimbursed, $15, for the Lyft ride and that if that couldn't happen I would happily get online and trash her company (like I am doing here and now). She had me hold.

Here's where it starts to get good, low and a behold a "customer service manager" hops on the line. He took a nice tone, but pretty much said all the wrong things:

"I understand what you've been saying to the previous representative, and I can't falsify what you're claiming."

I think I knew what he meant there, but was scratching my head as to why he would, from the outset, want to do that to me.

"We need to work together to find a fair solution for both sides and that will also make you feel valued."

Yet...

"No sir, that is incorrect, the customer is NOT always right. That is false."

He mentioned he "could give me the $15 dollars" but that "he is not an ATM and I'd still probably get online and write a bad review anyways."

I assured I would not. He said I was "probably all talk."

Another gem, "parking spots are money, the shuttle service is just something we provide as a free service."

I was sure to tell him pretty much every serious competitor of his provides the same services, inclusive. Also, he already had my $20 for my car taking up a spot. As if it takes a business savant to realize how these companies profit.

BTW, this "manager's" name is Frank. If you call, and you happen to actually get through to him, just know that you're in for a lecture and being made to feel like an idiot. Certainly not fair, and equitable resolution.

Do yourself a favor though, save yourself from ever having to speak with Frank. Drive your car, as fast as legally possible, to ANY other parking service.

I waited more than an hour in the middle of the night to be picked up a the airport. I kept on calling but no one answered. I wouldn't ever recommend going to this parking service. I would recommend to go to another parking shuttle company.

There needs to be more signage helping people know where they should go. I felt confused both coming and going not knowing your process. There was a lot of dragging my luggage from shuttle to car and from car to shuttle.

Waited on line to prepay for parking for at least 15 minutes. Place was crowded with people. No friendly faces, no smiles, no offers to help.

Shuttle service was OK, however, when being dropped off, was not dropped off on the departure level. Dropped off on level 1, departure is level 3. I was looking forward to curbside check in to relieve me of my extremely heavy bag. Instead, at age 66, I had to haul my belongings up to the 3rd level. Really? Not very convenient for your customers.

When picking up my car, same experience, tons of people, no friendly, happy faces, and had to wait more than 15 minutes for my car to be brought up.

Overall, I will not be using signature parking again. I will pay $10 or $17 a day in order to have a better experience.

Longest wait for shuttle at OIA since I have been using this site.. 40 min wait... and then once we arrived at office to pick up my car which I prepaid parking for. The office was crowded with about 15 people waiting in line to rent vehicles… I had to wait in this line for over 30 min until someone let me jump line in order to get my keys, (a one minute procedure) there was no separate line for those who were just trying to obtain their keys to their vehicles so they could be on their way. You need to have a separate line for those who are returning to pick up their keys for their vehicles..

Was not aware that I had to stop at the office. You site says self park. That is what I was doing. Since I self parked, I was not aware that I needed to leave my keys. The person that checked me in, said they would bring my car upon returning. This did not happen since I self parked.

Had to call the phone number 3 times. It was very garbled when I called after getting my luggage. I just missed the shuttle. Upon the ride back I noticed my driver pulled into 34. If the shuttle before would have done that I would have been able to ride on that one.

Upon returning to the office, waited in a line.

The only issue I had with this place was the personnel were very disinterested in their job. I even saw the gentlemen that worked there turn away a family because they did not have a reservation for parking. That is just poor customer service right there, at least upcharge them for not having a reservation but straight turn them away? That sounds like poor business sense.

Allow at least 30-45 mins upon arrival at Signature before you arrive at the airport. I waited about 30 mins to get to the airport and 20 mins to get picked up after I placed the call. So if you are looking for a shuttle service that will get you to the airport and pick you in less than 10 mins then these guys are not your best option.

I only was uncomfortable because i had to waited for an hour 1/2 for the service to pick me up at 12am and when i recieved my car the window was left open and my car got a little wet inside but the employees and location is where very good.

I believe I've used Signature Parking at least 6 times. Never had a problem and I love the new Coffee/Snack Bar that they added... Comes in handy after a long trip. Also, very nice people to deal with.

The only thing that got me upset is the wait for the shuttle when i landed… I called for the shuttle pick-up as soon as i landed, but had to wait at least an hour before the shuttle showed up.

When I reached Orlando last night, I had no checked in luggage. Called the Parking when I got down from the train, so that they could send the driver while I walked to their spot. I stood for half an hour standing outside the airport last night. Every other parking spot had their shuttles come in twice (at least, one came in three times) during that period. The driver said that it was a very busy evening. There were just two of us in the entire van! There was no other customer at the counter. And then, after having given the ticket number in advance when I had called from the airport, had to wait while the car keys were being hunted out from the back. Any other parking location would keep the keys out so that the customer could walk away immediately with the keys. And I had prepaid for the entire parking period.

The trip to the airport from Signature Parking a few days earlier took an enormous amount of time too, since the ONLY shuttle had left just before I reached the counter after parking my car. This was around 4:30 or so in the afternoon, when you can expect lots of customers. All the while when they KNEW that I had gone to park my car after pre-paying for the entire period.

So, unless you are willing to keep 45 minutes or longer for EITHER way just to get to and from parking, look elsewhere.
