The people at Johnny Park were very polite. I would have never parked here without the info I found on the website. It was nice to have my car waiting when I returned.

My only issue is their method of picking up the clients when they arrive. There phone msgs are very confusing. Do you or don't you speak with someone to let them know you are here. I waited 25 minutes for a van to come to curb side. During that time two vans passed me that were in the wrong lane to pick up anyone waiting.

Johnny Park sometimes offers great rates, about $6/day, and that's why I park with them. Their service has always been courteous.

The downside is the long waits for the shuttle pickup at LAX and in line to claim your car. Recently they seemed to improve the service time at the counter but the shuttle is still a long wait.

I'll be back because of their rates but I wish they would shorten the long wait times.

Upon returning from my trip, I called immediately and was told the shuttle would pick me up in 10-15 minutes. And I was at the Southwest terminal. First terminal entering the airport, It took at least 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive and by the time I got back to the parking lot, it had been well over an hour. During the wait there were 10 shuttles from wally park and many more from other lots. There is a lot of competition and I would recommend others not to use this lot even though rates are inexpensive. There is no excuse for this kind of service.

From the East Going West on the 105 Freeway:
- Take the La Cienega/Aviation exit towards Imperial Hwy.
- Turn right onto Imperial Hwy, going east.
- Turn left at the first light onto La Cienega Blvd.
- Turn left at the second light onto 111th Street.
- We are the purple building on the second block, left side of the street.

From the North Going South on the 405 Freeway:
- Take the Century Blvd./Imperial Hwy. off ramp.
- Keep going past the Century Blvd. exit to Imperial Hwy. West exit which comes out onto La Cienega Blvd.
- Make a right turn onto La Cienega Blvd and go half a block to 111th Street.
- Turn left onto 111th St.
- We are the purple building on the second block, left side of the street.

From the South Going North on the 405 Freeway:
- Take the Imperial Hwy. exit and turn left onto Imperial Hwy.
- Turn right at the first light onto La Cienega Blvd.
- Turn left at the second light onto 111th Street.
- We are the purple building on the second block, left side of the street.
