What our customers say about Days Inn Atlanta Airport

It was a good experience! Everything was going perfect. The location is good, I think less than 10 mins from the ATL domestic terminal. The service is good. When we came back from Chicago, We waited in the shuttle station. After a while, the shuttle arrived. There are some transportation guys helping you when you arrive at the station. They will make sure you take the right shuttle. Anyway, I recommend this parking place. I will reserve it again if the price is still that good!!

I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend!!!

I had a positive experience with the service and will use them again. Good Job Guys and Gals!

The Days Inn is close to the ATL airport, so the shuttle got me to my gate in about 7 minutes. When I got back the shuttle was already at the airport in Zone 3, so I didn't even need to call to ask them to send the shuttle. It worked out great!

I was very hesistant to leave my 2010 Kia forte coupe here for 2 nights on a flight to Denver. The hotel looks very questionable, but I was willing to take a risk.

I was very nervous as I am a young woman in my 20s traveling completely on my own and leaving my car. The rate that I paid was super cheap. The parking is in the same area as the hotel, you have to call the hotel and just park and go in and provide your confirmation and pay the rest of ur amount. The owner mr. Patel was very nice to me and accommadating even though I was late and hurrying because the shuttle was about to leave. Thankfully the driver waited on me and even helped me carry my bags from the car. I can't comment on the old shuttle bus mentioned by others because that was out of order and there was another bus running and it was good condition.

Pick up was difficult, but only because I didn't know the atl airport and i was very tired and cold it was at 5:30 am. This shuttle starts at 5 am, so remember that when the shuttle is going to be ur ride back. Finally found the ground transportation. The lady was already there waiting (thankfully!!) she was very nice I was the only one riding.. (make sure you call the hotel to let them know u r there and ready for pickup). No issues we arrived to parking in about 10 min.

My car was still in perfect condition, if you are hesitant, don't be. The location is questionable, yes, but the shuttles were on time and everything seems to be done professionally. I called the hotel the night before to verify shuttle info and he said not to worry about my car that they have 2 security guards on the premises.

I will definately use this for the future I really did not have any issues especially being a young woman and doing everything on my own.. I highly recommend!! Just lock the doors! U'll be fine!

The parking lot at days inn was close to airport and getting to airport was a breeze. Getting back proved a little more difficult, and I will say it was my fault. I didn't properly read the instructions and went to the wrong pick up location. I called the hotel times to ask where the driver was after waiting 30 minutes. Finally I got in touch with them as he is yelling into the phone were he was. He had a major attitude about my mistake and it was really the last thing I needed after returning home. However it was my fault, so the service does work fine. Shuttles are very old and beat up, but hey it saved a lot of money.

The price for parking for 10 days was a steal of a deal. I would use this service again in the future.

You get what you pay for here… it's not great, but it'll do. Staff are bored and clearly unhappy. You may find yourself waiting a good half hour or more on the shuttle, so get there early. And when you get back, you HAVE to CALL the hotel… the driver doesn't go to ground transportation unless he knows someone is waiting on him there. The shuttle itself is very old and inside isn't pretty (walls missing paneling, etc) but the seats are fine. As far as the actual parking lot, again, not great, but it'll do. I was fine leaving my 12 year old dumpy looking vehicle there, but I personally would not leave a newer vehicle. The lot is not fenced but it is moderately well lit at night. If you are financially able to pay more than twice this price to park at the actual airport, go for it! If you aren't, the money saved is probably worth a little extra time and patience on your part. I saved over $100 parking here for two weeks, so I'd do it again.

Have used this facility, Days Inn, numerous times in the past several months and had no problems with security, shuttle wait times or personnel. I plan on continuing to use this facility flying out of Atlanta.

The drivers weren't too friendly. I had a 4 year old child, luggage, and a car seat. The driver didn't bother helping me getting on or off the shuttle. But, he had a tip sign posted on his visor. Here is a tip, help your customers getting on and off the shuttle if their hands are full.
